HOW TO CREATE A NEW SPARE PART

1.Login in to synergit PC app

2.Go to Modules -> Catalogue of assets and stock items

3.Then click on the second tab -> Stock catalogue

4.Click on plus + to create a new Stock Catalogue item.

5.Create a new item and dont forget to fill:

5a.COMPONETNT - SPART PART

5b.PERMISSION - PER YOUR DEPOT -  try to copy from already created item

5c.ABBREVITATION -  your create someshirt cut to 15 chars - doesnt matter

5d.GROUP - try to copy from already created item

5e.CODE IS - fill the code from the supplier (tan code or another)

5f.CODE IS 2 (optional ) - filll the code from the second supplier, or the second code

5g.NAME IS (optional) - fill the name in original verison from supplier

5.h DEFAULT LOCATION - fill the correct location from location catalogue

5.i PRICE - fill the price

5. k NAME - fill the name starting by DE,HU,RO,AT, ATBDF, CZ, example: "HU BELT L7540-680"

then save.

6.Put ass many infomation as you can - organge optional
