I want to report a failure with downtime, what should I do?

1. Press play icon at main menu

2.Select the task by clicking on the pencil icon right to "Task"

3. Load the machine where is the failure located - first click on the search icon and then on the QR icon

4.Once is the machine loaded, choose "NEW FAILURE - UNPLANNED DOWNTIME" and then put then note and start the task by play icon.

*Feel free to change Task Start Time - if you reporting retroactively.

5.Now you need to finish the task. Go to main menu, then click on the finish. Then click on the active task with orange triangle icon.

6.Fill the requested type and reason. Please click here for type and reason clarification.

7.Finish the task by stop icon
