MAINTENANCE PLANNING

1.Go to the machinery structure and right click on the object, where you want to plan maintenance. (Example: Washing machine 1).

2. Right click on object -> context view -> work orders for selected items.

3.Then I get a list of ordered jon, i recommend to use filter "Not Reported" first

4.Then i filter the work task, machine(stroj) or more columbs. I want maintenance of the powerboxers, so I wrote filter for "powerboxer*"

5.And then I want only 320 hours maintenance, So I use column Frequence and click on "Filter by cell"

6.The result is bellow, so I press CTRL+A to select all, right click on the GERMANY PLANNING TEAM -> Mass Update -> GERMANY TECHNICIANS

So, the assigned tasks appear in the mobile application Start menu (which are using the technicans)
